This KFC Coleslaw recipe is as close as you can get without actually ordering it directly at the restaurant. The taste is simply perfect. A great side dish for dinner, a group food recipe for summer gatherings, or brunches all year round. It’s very good!

* Ingredients :
° 8 cups diced cabbage (I used a food processor cutting disc)
° 1 carrot (also used in a food processor)
° 2 tablespoons of grated onion
° 1/3 cup sugar
° Salt 1/2 teaspoon
° 1/8 tsp white pepper
° 1/4 cup full fat milk
° 1/2 cup mayonnaise
° 1/4 cup yogurt (I used yogurt powder to make mine)
° 2 tsps of white vinegar
° 3 tsps lemon juice
* Instructions :
In bowl adding cabbage, carrots a&nd onions.
In other bowl, beat rest of ingredients jointly TO smooth.
Mix it well and put it in the fridge for 4-8 hours (the more the better)
